GNC Foods: Who We Are

GNC Foods is a family-run business founded by Giuliano and Nada Colosimo, who bring over 20 years of kitchen and front-of-house experience. Observing a lack of quality Australian-made products for the food service industry, we set out to craft a line of premium, made-to-order convenience items such as sauces, dressings, and dips.

In 2015, we launched our business out of our home kitchen, operating just 2 days per week. As our operations expanded in 2017, we transformed our double garage into a fully equipped, HACCP-approved manufacturing kitchen, which earned us the Frantastic Food Safety Award the following year. Today, we remain driven, passionate, and committed to the success of our clients’ businesses.

GNC’s mission is to simplify cooking for customers without compromising the authenticity and quality of its products. We manufacture and distribute convenience goods with the goal of adding value to your business and reducing your labour costs. All ingredients are locally sourced, GMO-free, and of the highest quality, as GNC’s talented chefs create these small-batch products to be a key part of your recipe for success.
